The short version
Hello, ASMR is anonymous by default. No account, no email, no phone number. Your name, moods, saved sessions and preferences live on your device, not on our servers.
What stays on your device
The name you enter, your voice and technique preferences, emotional check-ins, session history, streaks and downloaded sound loops. Clearing the app data removes all of it permanently — we cannot restore it.
What leaves your device
When you talk to Masha, the text of your message is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply, and to our voice provider to generate audio. These messages are not used to identify you and are not linked to a profile. We never sell data and we never show ads.
Media you upload
Photos, videos or voice samples you upload to create an avatar are processed only to create that avatar for you. You can delete them at any time from Settings.
Children
Hello, ASMR is intended for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
