No sound?
Check the silent switch on your iPhone, then tap anywhere once — iOS unlocks audio only after your first touch. Bluetooth headphones sometimes need a reconnect.
Sounds stop when the screen locks
Keep the app open, or download the loops for offline in Settings so playback keeps running from your device.
Delete everything
Settings → Download sounds for offline → tap to free up space removes stored audio. To wipe your name, moods and saved sessions, clear the app data in your browser or device settings.
In crisis right now
Tap the moon marked SOS on any screen. It shows the emergency and helpline numbers for your country. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
